Responsibilities

The Culinary Service Director will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  1. Well versed in purchasing systems, menu programs and software and be able to read and understand financial reports associated with the Dietary Department
  2. Possess a thorough knowledge of and commitment to meet the federal, state and local regulations.
  3. Partner with the other members of the team to meet the nutritional needs of the residents and to provide services for special events and the daily activity programs.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • ServSafe certified,
  • 2+ years' experience as a Food Service Director in a long term care/ sub-acute environment
  • Desire to serve others is necessary.
  • Certified Dietary Manager preferred
