    Now Hiring - Regional Director of Human Resources

     

    Care One Management, LLC. provides management services to Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers in Maryland and Virginia.  We are looking for a Regional Director of Human Resources to provide HR support and guidance to approximately 5 Centers in Virginia, 1 Center in Maryland, and 1 Center in Pennsylvania.

     

    The Regional Director of Human Resources needs to be able to travel to the following locations:  Colonial Heights, VA, Richmond, VA, Hopewell, VA, Chilhowie, VA, Montgomery Village, MD, and Greenburg, PA.

    Responsibilities

    The Regional Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing advice and guidance to management on all aspects of Human Resources, including company-wide policies, federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations.  In addition, this role provides support and assistance to employees across all levels of the organization, and ensures that Center management focuses on providing a positive and productive work environment for all employees.  In this role, you will not only be a member of an exceptionally talented HR team, but you will be a member of a regional team known for its ability to collaborate with each other, support each other and provide great outcomes together. 

    Qualifications

    To be considered for this position, you must have excellent communication skills—both verbal and written, the ability to foster and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization, the talent and skill to support multiple locations and a willingness to travel on a regular basis to the various Centers as well as the confidence, knowledge and judgment to be an outstanding partner for your Centers and regional teammates. 

     

    Prior HR experience supporting multiple locations preferred. 

     

    PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
